TERMS & CONDITIONS
BOOKING PROCESS
All tattoo appointments are booked by appointment only through the booking page on the website. A consultation is required before booking to discuss the design, how long the appointment will take, and whether it fits within the timing criteria. Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from me and the deposit has been sent.
DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo. The deposit amount varies depending on the size and complexity of the design, typically between $30 to $150. Deposits must be paid within 1 hour of receiving the confirmation, or your appointment will not be held.
RESCHEDULING
You can reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours before your session without losing your deposit. If rescheduling occurs with less than 12 hours' notice, the deposit will be forfeited. For rescheduling please contact me through my instagram page @ina.ink_tattoo↑
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
Deposits are non-refundable in all circumstances. Cancellations with more than 12 hours' notice will allow your deposit to be applied to a future booking. Cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice will result in the complete loss of the deposit. For no-shows, the entire deposit will be forfeited, and any future bookings will require a new deposit.
DESIGN DETAILS
If you are getting a custom design, we will finalize the design before the appointment. Minor changes can be made during the session, but major redesigns must be discussed in advance and may require an additional fee or time. Flash designs are non-editable and must be selected as-is.
PUNCTUALITY
Please arrive on time to complete any necessary paperwork and settle in. Arriving early can disrupt preparation process or any session that may be in the process before your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit forfeited.
GUEST POLICY
To maintain a focused and calm environment, I kindly request that you do not bring friends or guests to your appointment.
HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS
If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment. Your health and safety are top priority. It is important that you have eaten beforehand and are well-hydrated for the session.
AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be 18 years or older to book a tattoo. A valid government-issued ID will be required at your appointment.
PRICING
Tattoo prices vary based on design complexity, size, and placement. My rate is $100 per hour for most tattoo projects and my base rate is $85 for tattoos that take less than an hour. The estimated price will be confirmed during the consultation. Please note that the quote is not a final price and session may take less or longer than expected, therefore price may vary. The remaining balance after the deposit must be paid in full on the day of your appointment. I accept cash or e-transfer as payment methods.
AFTERCARE
Aftercare instructions will be provided at the end of your session to ensure proper healing. You will be given a detailed aftercare guide to take home.
NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY
Tattoo services are non-refundable and by booking an appointment, you confirm that you have reviewed my portfolio and are familiar with my tattoo style and body of work. You acknowledge that you understand and accept the artistic approach and techniques I specialize in, ensuring alignment with their expectations for the final tattoo result.
